Supply chain managers depend on operational visibility to monitor logistics performance across distribution networks. Enterprise dashboards provide consolidated views of shipping activity, inventory levels, and transportation performance. This study examines data visualization systems used in logistics monitoring platforms. Operational records from transportation systems, warehouse databases, and order management platforms were examined to evaluate dashboard reporting models. Results indicate that integrated performance dashboards assist logistics managers in evaluating operational efficiency and planning supply chain activities.
