This study develops an algorithm and MATLAB implementation for executing numerical partial differential operations of arbitrary order. The central difference numerical estimation scheme is adapted for repetitive numerical partial differentiation. A flowchart and MATLAB code are developed to programmatically execute numerical partial differential operations. The implementation is tested for three types of functions, a polynomial, trigonometric and exponential functions. In validation, the program demonstrated high accuracy with minimal error. The program improves analytic capabilities of researchers in dealing with large data sets to produce accurate results in limited time.
