The rapid proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) devices across smart cities, healthcare, industrial automation, and critical infrastructure has significantly increased the system attack surface. Traditional IoT security mechanisms struggle to address evolving cyber threats due to limited device resources, centralized trust models, and lack of real-time intelligence. To overcome these challenges, this paper proposes an AI powered IoT security framework that integrates blockchain technology with cloud based intelligence. Artificial intelligence techniques are employed for anomaly detection, threat classification, and adaptive security policy enforcement, while blockchain ensures decentralized trust, immutable logging, and secure device authentication. Cloud integration enables scalable analytics, global threat intelligence sharing, and computational offloading. The proposed framework enhances data integrity, privacy, attack resilience, and real-time response capabilities. Experimental analysis and qualitative evaluation demonstrate improved detection accuracy, reduced false positives, and stronger resistance to common IoT attacks compared to conventional security architectures. This work provides a robust and scalable security foundation for next-generation IoT ecosystems.
