Video steganography is an effective technique for secure communication that hides confidential information within video files without noticeable visual changes. This paper presents a novel video steganography method that combines the Knight Tour algorithm with a 7th-bit embedding strategy. The Knight Tour algorithm selects embedding locations in a random and unpredictable manner, improving security against unauthorized access. Secret data is embedded using the 7th bit of the selected pixel and its adjacent pixel, ensuring efficient data hiding while preserving video quality. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated using PSNR, MSE, SSIM, and embedding capacity metrics. Experimental results show that the technique achieves high imperceptibility, improved robustness, and increased payload capacity compared to conventional video steganography methods.
